Sinead is an experienced professional with considerable expertise in strategic and operational HR Management. For the two years prior to joining Clarigen,

Sinead had established a successful consulting business which delivered innovative and integrated HR solutions to both public and private sector organisations.

Some of her successes include: development of competency frameworks, performance management and reward systems and a large number of strategic and operational HR reviews.

Prior to her consulting career, she worked with companies such as MCI Worldcom, Kindle Banking systems and Performix Technologies in a variety of HR and organisational development roles. In each organisation she worked closely with managers and employees to develop, integrate and implement HR processes and systems.

Sinéad holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree and achieved a 1st Class honours in the Master of Business Studies (Strategic HR) programme from Dublin City University. She is a chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development
