Ian Duffy is the Chairman of Clarigen and was instrumental in the creation of its offer. He is also the Managing Partner of FGS and possesses a strong entrepreneurial background. Ian's key focus is to drive a culture of innovation and customer service. He has significant international experience, having worked extensively in Europe and the US. Prior to joining FGS, Ian held a senior role at Anglo Irish Bank, leading operational improvement projects including the replacement of the company's core banking system.

Ian has significant experience in the SME sector, having created and developed a number of businesses over the years, both locally and nationally. Ian has also held advisory roles in Accenture and IBI Corporate Finance.

He was also Chief Operations Officer of Vision Consulting Ltd, an international consulting firm whose business in Ireland and the UK grew significantly under his expert leadership.

Ian has a BA BAI (Eng) from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Applied Finance from the Irish Management Institute.
